Understanding the 28-Day Reset: What the Program Actually Involves

A clear breakdown of what you commit to during a full reset

The 28-day reset is the full program behind the Slenderiiz clinical study results. Here is exactly what participants do — meals, drops schedule, activity, and expectations — so you can decide if it is right for you.

What Is the 28-Day Reset?

The 28-day reset is a structured wellness program that combines the Slenderiiz Day & Night Drops with specific nutritional guidelines and optional activity. It is the framework used in the open-label clinical study that produced the widely shared weight management results.

You can view the 28-Day Reset booklet directly for the full program documentation, and see the clinical study results on the Day & Night Drops product page.

The Four Pillars of the Reset

1. Slenderiiz Day & Night Drops

The Day Drops are taken before each meal. The Night Drops are taken before bed. Consistent daily use of both is fundamental to the program — skipping doses is correlated with weaker results.

2. The Approved Food List

The program uses a specific approved food list that emphasizes low-glycemic, high-nutrient whole foods. Meals are built from this list, keeping carbohydrate quality high and blood sugar stable throughout the day.

Proteins, non-starchy vegetables, healthy fats, and low-glycemic fruits form the core of the approved list. Processed foods, refined sugars, and high-glycemic carbohydrates are avoided during the reset period.

3. PureNourish Meal Replacement

One meal per day — typically breakfast — is replaced with a PureNourish shake. This provides structured nutrition, convenience, and consistency on days when preparing a compliant meal is difficult.

4. Optional Light Exercise

The clinical study included optional light exercise. The program does not require intense workouts. Consistent moderate activity — walking, yoga, or similar — supports results but is not the primary driver.

What the Commitment Looks Like Day to Day

A typical reset day:

  • Morning: Take Day Drops, have a PureNourish shake or approved breakfast
  • Midday: Take Day Drops before lunch, eat from the approved food list
  • Afternoon: Take Day Drops before any additional meal or snack
  • Evening: Eat an approved dinner, take Night Drops before bed

The structure is consistent enough that most people find the second week significantly easier than the first.

Results From the 28-Day Clinical Study

In the open-label study, 32 of 41 participants completed the full program. Average results included 12.72 lbs of weight lost, 10.87 inches lost across waist, hips, chest, and thighs, and a 6.52% reduction in body weight.

Individual results vary significantly and are not guaranteed. The full methodology is detailed on the Day & Night Drops product page.
